        At Limerick Language Centre, we truly value what our students have to say. Whether you want to share something you loved, suggest an idea, or let us know if something didn’t go as expected, we are here to listen.

        Your feedback is an important part of how we grow and improve. If you have a complaint, please don’t worry – we will always take it seriously, treat it with respect, and do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

        We believe that open communication makes our school stronger, so please feel free to talk to us anytime.

        Complaints Form

          We are committed to handling complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially. If you have a complaint about any part of your course, accommodation, facilities, or service, please complete this form. You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days (urgent welfare complaints are responded to the same or next working day).

          If your complaint is of a sensitive nature and you require additional privacy, you are welcome to contact any of the representatives listed below directly via email.

          • Academic issues (teachers, classes, exams) – Director of Studies (dos@llcentre.ie)
          • Facilities, accommodation, enrolment, activities, administration – Operations Manager (info@llcentre.ie)
          • Welfare or wellbeing, or if you’re unsure – Student Liaison Officer (sorcha@llcentre.ie)
